Terms and Conditions

Lexi Studer Photography provides these list of Terms and Conditions to prevent any confusion, not only protect the business but each and every client. The information and services mentioned below are to be followed if you decide to book with us. 

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• Canceling sessions will need to be taken place 24 hours in advanced; if not there will be no refunds but a credit will be given to reschedule at a later time. 
• If any technical difficulties come into play after a photo session, a full refund will be given.
• Each session includes a print release. This prohibits any alterations and edits to the photos, but allows to print and order any and unlimited amount of photos.
• Finished photos will returned via email and can be viewed through the link sent. 
• Photos can take 2-4 weeks to be returned, this longer window allows us to focus and perfect each and every photo.
